The Vesak Day is a very important sacred day in the Buddhist world, as well as a day for Buddhists to commemorate the birth and enlightenment of the Buddha. This year’s Vesak Day, Nirvana Memorial will still hold a series of ceremonies, including chanting merits and light up to pray for health and safe.
In 2022, Nirvana Singapore is celebrating annual Vesak Festival Blessing Ceremony at Block A.
The Remembrance Package ($68) is as followed:
- 1 Pedestal Tag for each package purchased
- Blessing candle (lighted before Chanting)
- Mass Chanting by resident master (estimated: 1 hour)
- Bathing of Prince Siddhartha
