Recently, I had the honor to assist a group of customers in successfully transporting the ashes of his beloved wife back to Malaysia. Throughout the funeral process, I deeply felt his longing and sadness for his wife. In front of his children, he seemed strong on the surface, but inside he was extremely heartbroken.
During the funeral process, I specially arranged flowers for him to offer some “romantic” to his deceased wife to express his love. It seemed like a small gesture, but it touched his family. After the funeral, he specially wrote a touching message of thanks to express his sincere gratitude to me and the team for our service.
As an afterlife managing director, I firmly believe that our service is not only to hold a solemn farewell ceremony for the deceased, but also to take care of the feelings of the living.
